Adjustable Stock Recommendations

I also posted this in the 20 ga section but I thought it might get a few more views here.  I just bought a 20 ga Mossberg 500 for my son to use.  I plan on shooting either hevi-13 or federal HW #7 through a pure gold choke out of it.  I want to fit it with an adjustable stock but I have a few questions.  I have been doing some reading and it looks like the Mossberg 12 ga stocks are the same as the 20 ga stocks and they do not make two different sizes.  It sounds like the 12 ga stocks will just have a slight overhang on the 20 ga receiver.  Is this correct?  I have been trying to compare the knoxx gen 2 stock and the ATI talon stock.  Does anyone have any preferences as to which one works better or is better quality for these guns?  It looks like the talon may have a better cheek weld and since I will be installing a scope for him on this gun it might work a little better for us.  Any recommendations on these or other stocks to consider would be appreciated.

Have you looked at this stock? I read about it in another post and am thinking about getting one for myself.

Good Luck and keep us posted on what you decide.

I have seen that stock but while I like the conventional look, I am setting this up mainly for a 10 year old and I may need a little more adjustment than that.  I will have to compare them again to look at the actual LOP measurements.

I have the ATI Talon on one of my guns and like it real well. Prefer it over the knoxx.
