remington 887 bone collector

any info chokes,shells, patterns on this gun?

I shoot one of these.  Will have to pull out a target, but if I remember right, I can put 70-80 in an 8" circle at 30 yards.  I have a Tru Glow choke with Federal Premium #6s in 3" mag.  I've shot Winchester 2 3/4" through it will similar results, but I like the 3" a little more.

I don't know if the bone collector is different than what I have.  Mine is the base model.  Its basically the same thing as the 870.  So, whatever works in an 870 could work in the 887.

Sounds odd. Im sure we could have gotten it dialed in for you. But anyway good luck with the supermag.

16'' low and 6'' to the left, needless to say i sold gun today and bought 870 supermag turkey

Wise move (in my opinion)...I personally haven't heard ANYTHING good about the 887.  CONGRATS on your new Supermag!!!

every 887 that I have heard about had poa/poi issues   Remington really dropped the ball with this boat anchor.
