Building a new turkey gun

Satrted putting together a Mossberg 935 I bought off a buddy. So far I bought a new 24" barrel, replaced the stock with a Choate pistol grip, and added a Picatinny Rail. Next I will add optics either a Burris FF 3 or the Mueller quick shot. My question is what choke to get and to dip the gun or skin it any info would be apprciated.

I've had good luck with the Tru Glo SSX. It shoots 3.5" Hevi6s, 3.5" Winchester XXS 5s&6s, and 3" Winchester LongBeards all really well.
