Hevi magblends reduced recoil?

I just joined the 20 gauge club. I picked up a Mossberg 500 super bantam for the wife and kids. I picked up two boxes of the hevi magblend reduced recoil loads. How much recoil is reduced?

Enough for my seven year old daughter to be able to shoot them in her 20ga.
