10 gauge!!!

hey guys I woke up this morning with seeing a package on the table I looked at it it was a firearm! puzzled I asked my dad what it was he said open it and I did and it was a H&R 1871 pardner 10 ga. turkey model!!! has any one used this gun what shell did you use and what was you experience?
thanks, cant wait to be knocked on my butt
