I had a few posts on here about a brand new 870 turkey model that i purchased about 2 months ago that the barrel was severly bent to the left, i sent it back and recieved it back the same way! I sent it back again around 3 weeks ago, i e-mailed them several times about just replaceing the gun. I decided to call them today to see what was going on with it, the guy told me that they just decided today to replace it and the replacement order has been submited, but that there are NONE like it anywhere and it would be atleast a month till i get one, maybe longer! I told him heck with it just give me a refund and i would buy one from another manufacturer. He said that it would be quicker just to wait for the gun!! I asked to speak to a supervisor or someone that had some authority and he pretty much told me that noone would help me anymore than he was! I am totally blown away at their disregard for this situation, now here i sit without a gun or the money i paid, hell it mite be winter till i get this situation resolved, who knows. I think anyone thats considdering purchaseing a remington firearm to think long and hard about it, the next person in my shoes just mite be you!!
