Camping/hunting
August 26, 2013, 11:31:26 PM
Went to the hills on Friday and had my whole family. It is archery deer season so my bow went along. I knew this was more of a family camping trip than hunting trip. We have been having alot of high temps lately most of which have been pushing 100 degrees. So it was nice to get up Saturday to 33 degrees. It's also at 9000' so the air is thin. There is also a Rim fire near Yosemite which was sending smoke in our direction. Saturday morning was crystal clear but by noon was getting smokey. For the rest of the time there we were in a hazy smokey filled camp. It was still alot of fun to sit next to a fire and have everyone share there most embarrassing moments. There were some new faces around the campfire since all 3 of my kids have gotten married in the last 2 years. So some of the stories were interesting to say the least. It was a fun time had by all.

Cool pics! Good family time. I have two girls and they always have trouble finding a place to plug in the hair dryer..
