Got this call from Pappy back in January. Its an Osage Pot with a copper striking surface over a slate soundboard. The soundboard can be used as a secondary striking surface. Pappy selected 2 strikers for this call. Pecan wood for the copper, Osage for the slate side. I also asked pappy to turn me a Purpleheart striker for use with other calls, but it sounds really good on the slate side of this call. This call is full of rasp, more volume than I can shake a stick at, but it can be toned down really nice. Copper is without a doubt a favorite of mine.
