Hi guys sorry for all the choke questions, and thank you for all the help and answers. i have a new 835 with a 24 inch ported barrell and need a choke ASAP! I was just curious if anybody had any luck with the .690 Jellyhead. I found one at my local Gander Mountain and plan on shooting mainly 3' lead and some Heavyweight/Magnumblend. If you guys could help I would appreicate it. THANKS!

The Jelly Head .690 for the my Moss 835 did 268 shot in the 10" at a tape measured 40yds with the Hevi-13 3.5" 2.25oz #7's.  And really it probably throws what would rate as a very good turkey killing pattern for 20" numbers.

Go for it! Great combo!

X-2....

This combo produces a great killing pattern for me.

Ol Mossy 835

Win 5's or 6's Hv lead

That's a very good combo.

I guess I'm gonna have to get me another Jelly Head .690 to shoot 6's.  I never tried 6's through the one I had, but the 7's were a great hunting pattern.  I guess I should of never sold that choke to someone on here.  But when you have a choke like the Star Dot it spoils you with the 7 numbers.  But I like the 6's too.

I've got that JH sitting on the shelf collecting dust. I replaced it with the SSX cause it shot lead better. But it dropped of with the Hevi-6s but is still very huntable.

Have a friend with the same combo and its deadly with just about everything. Shoots lead awesome also. I'd stay with the htl if it was me. 835 with jellyhead and htl= success!!!!!!!!!!
