Will taking the barrel off for cleaning effect poi/poa

Hope i didnt make a rookie mistake. I patrerned my gun yesterday which is topped off with a mueller quickshot that is mounted to the reciever. I took the barrel off for a good cleaning which didnt effect my sight but im wondering after i put the barrel back on if it will change the poi/poa

Yes it can. If the barrel isn't tightened down the same as it was before the shot, it can throw off the POA/POI.
What alot of people do is make a mark where the end cap and the barrel meet so they are always tightened to the same spot
I would shoot it again, and leave the barrel attached to the gun when I clean it.

It can, I have never had a problem with tho.

I never remove the barrel, unless the gun gets wet.  Clean what you can get to.  5 or 10 shells here and there is no big deal.  Keep the bore clean.
