Have a few questions on mounting a turkey

Hey yall well ive never fooled with mounting a turkey i killed one this year that i wanted to do more than a fan mount! I have watched a few different videos on what some people do and i know every one is different, i was jsut curious to hear some more ideas on the wings and the over all bird. Do you actually use the wing bones or just replace them wire the best you can? And a question about the feet just shoot denatured alcohol in them?
