If my TC Encore choke is .066 why would a different choke be better?

I am trying to wrap my head around how another choke that is similar construction would be a different pattern than my TC Encore Turkey barrel choke. It measures .066.

I have both factory Encore chokes. One is ported, the other is not. I also have IC and Kick's GT in similar constrictions (.660 and .665, respectively).
They all pattern differently. It probably had a lot to do with how the choke strips the wad and also maybe some pressure considerations.
I got 218 in a 10" circle at 40 yds with the ported factory choke.
I hunt with the GT because it gives a more even pattern at 40 and the 30 is just nasty.

I am not using my IC .660. Still have the package. Shot a total of 4 or 5 rounds through it.

That IC will flat out shoot in the encore!!!  That is what I have in mine. Hevi 13 6 or 7s, magblends too but God do they hurt!!!
