Heading to Kansas

Five of us making annual trip to North central Kansas ,weather doesn't sound good for opener, oh well its Turkey time

I am leaving for central NE Friday at daybreak to hunt the opener on Saturday.
Looks like i will be hunting turks with snow on the  ground for the first time in my life.  But like you said, its turkey time, We can't change the weather so we jsut gotta hunt what conditions we are dealt.

I had tomorrow off for the opener, but I moved it to Thursday.  It's going to be a nasty one tomorrow!  Good luck to all you fellas headed this way, and make sure you bring a jacket!
