Who makes the best sounding CROW CALL and THE LOUNDEST/

Jim Ward of Warbird turkey calls makes a great crow caller, I have 2 of them and there the only crow calls I've ever had a gobble to, check him.

I have some of the ones mentioned but I have an older Lohman with a wood nib that is the loudest that I have found. Its made of Walnut.

The Primos "Power Crow" is loud. It's my favorite locator call.

Darrel Gibson and Michael Buckner are my favorite crow calls. Darrel makes three different kinds if crow calls. The classic, magnum, and the screamer. The screamer is the loudest. But mine are classic or magnum that have. Both are great locator calls. Michael Buckner's are all loud.

For calling crows--Jack Lee Mincey.  I've got custom calls by several of the quality makers already mentioned and carry several of them when crow hunting, but I use a spalted birch call from Jack about 90% of the time.  There are louder calls, but none that will run and produce the wide range of crow sounds of a Mincey call.

Love my 3 exotic wood Gibson "Screamer" crow calls. 
Very powerful and clear sounding !

The New Crow Call that WildTalker game calls has out was the hit of the show at the NWTF convention this year.  I know it was used by several of the competition callers this year.

Now a question for your question.

Do you want a crow call that can call crows or do you want a crow call for a locator ?

If you want a crow call made for calling crows, Gibson, hands down.

Now granted Brian Lawter of Deadly Attraction Game Calls, makes one heck of a crow call. HMMM, maybe because he lives right down the road from Gibson. That might just have something to do with it.

If you want a crow call for a locator, just pick a call.
