Got a call yesterday...

   Yesterday I got a call from a friend that lives in MT.  He has invited me to hunt a property west of Oklahoma City where he has access to 6,000 acres.  (I didn't stutter...  )  He said he talked to the landowner and found out that he burned 1,000 acres about a month ago.  The landowner said it is greening up nicely and the birds are all over it.  If that weren't good enough, I asked if he has ever mentioned problems with feral hogs on his property...  The landowner's son runs hog catch dogs and has 3 or 4 - 1,000 pound capacity feeders running at all times on the property.  I was instructed to bring my rifle as well... 

  Come the weekend of 4/20, I have but 2 words for the turkeys and the pigs...
