Box call instructions?

I have this unquenchable thirst for turkey hunting info and id like to find instructions on making a box call can anyone help?

customcalls.com has a tuatorial. On the side of the home page at the top you can find it, click it and wala it's right there. Used to be a good one here till the big crash.
