Need help with my SP10

Probably too expensive to considering titanium, but if he can make it out of the same grade steel as the  original, that would be great.  I think the only way to make one is in pieces, then weld.  You need the front end, the main body, the tang, and the prongs.  Maybe drill and tap the prongs as opposed to weld.  Maybe thread the top onto the main body....  Other than the swale in the tang, it doesn't look that complicated, but I am not a machinist..... 

if I could find a spec drawing, I'd go ask around, but mine isn't worth copying.
