Turnip greens
Smoked neck bones
Hog jowl
Smoked bacon hunks.
Salt,pepper.and garlic powder to taste
Dump it all in a big ol pot with a couple inches of water and let it simmer for 6 to 8 hours.Grab a hunk of cornbread and chow down.
