What kind of sound differences should one hear between these 2 types of tube calls?

I have both. I got one of Mike yingling's baffled and is much easier to run with less air needed. That seems to ge the biggest difference.

If you going to use it just for shock gobbling go with the unbaffled. If you want to call a turkey up with it go with the baffeled.

Baffled equals less air more control, unbaffled will shock 'em and get their attention.
