Today I called the Keurig company b/c our coffee machine would only brew 1/4 cup of the large size setting and was told that after an hour of trouble shooting it was no good. I was shocked when the person from customer service said they would send me a new one in 3-7 days. Mine was about 2 yrs old and the warranty was only good for a year. I was only calling for advice & was expecting to have to buy a new one and instead got the greatest customer service ever. WOW. I can't wait to have my favorite coffees again...
