1) You have to be a member , if your a guest ....register a account asap its free , easy , and there are may benefits to being a member here -
2) Pick out a list of 15 states , and PM ( Personal Message ) them to me - I will send you back a conformation
3) When a game begins , check this area periodically - especially when you see me on line
4) If you have seen all 15 of your states picked , and you are the first to PM me BINGO - you have WON!!
