x2 on the long shirt tail, and the crotch that doesn't hang to low maybe have different cuts like they do in blue jeans.  I hate baggy pants.  The extra sleeve length is awesome.

If you are looking into vests, light weight, quality butt pad and spine pad, magnetic flaps, well thought out pockets, and I prefer one that rides a little higher so when I'm walking my legs aren't hitting the bottom to much making my calls shake.

Definitely a face mask that doesn't fog your glasses. Also, something built into the shoulder of the vest, or an attachment that could be moved to one shoulder or the other, that will keep the butt of your shotgun in position while running a friction call. A rest on the knee for supporting the forend of the gun would be good too, I already use the one by HS but that's only half the battle.
