I'm tryin to make my mind up on which choke to buy for gobblers. What do y'all think of the Hevi13 chokes in a 12ga and 20ga guns shootin Hevi13 #6 or #7's? Both guns are Benellis with 26"barrels.

Speaking from personal experience, the Hevi Shot chokes and the Truglo SSX choke  are my favorite chokes for my Benellis shooting Hevi #7's.

I highly suggest the hevi 13 choke for the 12 guage paired with the hevi 6s or 7s but I have not tried it in the 20. My 12ga stoeger shoots great with that choke and hevi 7s.

the Hevi 656 and the Sumtoy 650 by far did the best in my benellis.....and i tested a BUNCH of them with magblends and 7's

My Beretta 390 did 243 hits in 10" at 40 yards with 3"hevi-13 #7 and a Trulock ported .660

I just shot my new Maxus today for the first time with a Hevi-13 choke.  I shot 3.5 inch hevi #6's and 3.5" magblends and 3" magblends since that is what I had.

I got an average of 172 with the 3 inch magblends.  I got an average of 190 with the 3.5 inch magblends and I got an average of 230 with the hevi #6's.

I only shot 3 of each type of shell but was very impressed with the #6's.  Temp was 39degrees here in NY with light wind and humidity around 45%.

When I had my SBE2...my gun liked a Rhino choke with 3.5" magblends...well over 200 hits with that combo.
