Escort 20 Gauge recommendations

The girlfriend just got this gun, and i know nothing about them. Anyone here have any choke/shell recomendations before i go spend a million dollars on various combos? It came with a 24" and 28" barrel and 4 factory chokes. Anyone know if the factory full and x-full are hevi shot rated?
