Alright guys, I could use a little help please. I bought a used 835 a while back, and I knew there was an issue with the gun when I bought it. When you eject a shell, the forearm wants to stick a little when you shift it. If you don't eject it hard it wont stick, but if you eject it hard and fast it will " hang up - stick" in the rearward position. I thought maybe it was because the gun was bad dirty. Well I tore it down today, and gave it a good cleaning, but it is still acting up. I'm just wondering if anyone has any suggestions? Thanks for your time and help.

i appreciate the suggestion Hevi. I just went and checked it out, but I have good clearance on both sides. I think I may have got it figured out though. After I put everything back together I worked the action several times, and it was still sticking. Well I just went to check the forearm clearence, and it wasn't sticking anymore. I guess after letting it sit for a bit the oil did what it was supposed to do. Thanks for your help sir.

After owning 2 835's, I torn down both guns and clean the reciever and made sure everything was functioning right. I did have some feeding problems with my other 835 but after a good reciever cleaning, had it functioning perfect. Noticed something though. The forearms tend to crack right where it slides over the magazine tube. Gorilla glue works just perfect.
