Anybody know anything about these? I am considering buying a set but not really sure if they are wanted/needed. My hearing is not the greatest, and I know that it would make my wife happy if I had phones on so the volume would be at a normal level for her. Some movies/television shows are hard for me to catch every word. Any thoughts?
May I assume you're not here to inquire about the alcohol or the tobacco?

I use a pair called TV EARS from best buy and they work very well .

We have the Brookstone ones , and they are good -  Annie will put them on if there is a annoying show I dont want to overhear
