Osage orange or Birdseye maple

Gettin ready to order a custom aluminum call. Should I go with the Osage orange pot or Birdseye maple?

From my experiences in making pot calls, I find the Osage to be the wood for any pot combo. It is hard and resonates excellently. I know it ain't as perty as Birdseye Maple, but you aren't lookin' for good looks anyhow are ya?

Looks are the last thing I'm worried about. Ive never had an Osage pot, but I'm gonna ahead and call Lonzo and tell him to send it In Osage. I was torn between the two just couldn't decide. Thanks Pappy.
