Could some one tell me which size forstner bit is close to the size of a U.S. quarter? I am going to try to inlay some into the handle of my box calls. Or if there is a better way to do it and what do you guys use as far as a glue? Thanks Sam

Do you have a tape measure?  I don't know the size of a quarter off hand, but I would think it wouldn't be too hard to lay one on top of a tape measure.  Put one side of the quarter against the start of an "inch" line and read the measurement on the other side.    :-\   I wouldn't rely on using the hook on the tape measure to get my measurement.  Sometimes they have 1/16" play in them.

Sam, a uncirculated quarter is 24.3 mm in diameter. a 1" forstner bit should be 25.4 mm. that's close, get some scrap wood and give it a try.

notice how far the point on the bit goes in beyond the depth for the coin, you may have to do something about that.
