The good news is, you have lots of choices. That does however make the choice pretty tough sometimes.
I shoot several 870s as well as other guns from Remington with the same barrel geometry and find that a variety of chokes do quite well with them. All seem to work best from barrels of 26" or longer but I also have some good shooters with shorter barrels.
Since you've narrowed your shotshell choice to Hevi-13 with #7 shot, that makes it a little easier. Exit diameter is just one factor to be considered of course and it's really more about the "internals" of the choke that make the difference.
I've seen and my readers have seen excellent patterns (dense without large gaps or holes) with chokes from JEB's, Wright's, Pure Gold, Hevi-13, Truglo (SSX), Rob Roberts and a couple of others.
The Hevi-13 shotshell is very consistent and delivers excellent patterns at ranges up to 40 yards. The #7 shot will provide you with a dense cloud of shot and with just a little time spent at the patterning board, you should be able to do anything that you need to do with any of those chokes.

P.S. To maximize the performance of your barrel, shotshell, and choke combination, no matter which choke you choose, I'd recommend that you "deep clean" the bore of your barrel. It takes just a little time and your major investment is your labor but it can really improve performance.
