They look like Warne rings but I've not seen them with a camo finish. I've also never seen them break like that.
The recoil from your 835 could easily damage your scope. I've seen several over the years that have been destroyed in various ways (several brands) just from shooting 3" turkey loads.
We sometimes don't realize just how much force is at play when we shoot those high powered loads. Devices that hold guns and don't allow them to move freely with recoil can really add to the problem but even if we just shoot our guns off our shoulders, if we shoot enough rounds through them, we're likely to see damage somewhere.
I've been shooting still targets for over 12 seasons now and have seen shooters with just about every brand of gun have problems. Last year I saw base pens sheared off and a scope hit a shooter in the middle of the head. Internal parts can and do also break.
The really good news is that you discovered the problem before it caused you some harm. You can always replace scopes and rings.
