Brian Inspired Me......

I want to thank Brian for bringing to my attention the need to help those who helped protect this country and who have given a part of themselves to do so. So I decided to come up with something to dedicate to their cause....this trumpet is the first of ten....made from Black Cherry in the shape of a Shell....with black delrin mouthpiece....painted the shell and projectile and then I painted the flag, tried to get it to look like the red stripes were bleeding, and put a Wounded Warrior decal on the front...just above the flag to the left is...W W 1 which indicates it is number one of the Wounded Warrior series....only going to make ten of these and every dime will go to the wounded warrior project in our area. I would like to get a list started...so pm me if you want one....thanks pappy...call measures 8 - 1/2" tall with a 5/8" ID bell...going to ask 100.00 each...
I don't know how to get the pic bigger, wish I could do like Brian did and have an enlarge thingy....

Gonna have to send one my way Pappy, pm sent.  What a great design, I thought of doing a rifle casing myself.  I kept my painting simple however, if I try to paint anything other than solid colors it looks like a young kid did it.  Thanks again for contributing to the project.

Great call Pappy for a wonderful cause!! I have donated calls and this past spring  had the opportunity to guide one of the soldiers on a hunt at a local hunting club here in NC that brings soldiers up twice a year ( spring turkey and fall deer ) to hunt for two days. It has been one of the most memorable experiences of my life and I was honored to help. This idea y'all have going here is equally great and may God bless you both my friend.Again the call is amazing Pappy
