I buy my cherry from a local sawmill. I have to plane it down, but for the price I pay... It is well worth it. This stuff is air dried as well.
Be careful. I bought some curly cherry from an ebay seller in Illinois a few years ago. The curl in the grain was beautiful, but the density was way off from what I get locally. It probably weighed half of what my local stuff does, and it wasn't moisture content... I wasn't able to use it for pot calls.
