Best waterproof compact camera for the money?

Instead of lugging a larger digital camera around, I was thinking of getting a smaller compact waterproof camera.  There have been a couple members that have posted some great looking pictures taken with small compact camera.  Any recommendations on which waterproof compact camera is the "best" for the money?

My parents gave us a Kodak Playsport for Christmas and it has been great. Waterproof to 3 meters, takes still pictures and takes video in 720p and 1080p. We used it on our honeymoon at Grand Cayman in the salt water, and I have used it wading the river here at home. Haven't had any problems with it at all. Plus it is about the size of most cell phones.

Here is a picture taken using the camera two weeks ago smallmouth fishing.
