I've owned the Nova for many years, since shortly after they were introduced. (The Super Nova has a stock that is removable, otherwise the guns are the same.)
It uses the Mobil Choke system and chokes for it are widely available.
It's a very durable gun, since the stock, receiver and forearm are covered with a synthetic material and the chamber and bore are chrome-lined. It will keep on going with very little maintenance or cleaning.
Nova triggers are notoriously heavy and sometimes gritty. They do improve with use or dry firing but are not adjustable.
The forearm starts its rearward movement the moment the shot is fired, much like the Winchester "speed pumps". If you like that feature, it's good but for some it's a bit disconcerting.
Some shooters complain of the forearm rattling. Mine does not but some do, I'm told.
I'd just recommend that you pick one up and see how it feels to you. I like them and they have a lot of loyal followers.
