Silent in Southern WV.... anyone still hearing them gobble in Southern WV or

Western Virginia?  I went to VA this past Saturday and the woods was quiet.  The same thing in Southern West Virginia the last few times I went out.  We have one week left but I believe it is over or close to it anyway.  Just wondering if anyone else is hearing anything?  I believe the warm March got them going earlier this year.

Finally heard one yesterday....but it was very hard to make him talk and he would not commit.  Other than him it has been dead silent for a week now.

Nothing here. Haven't heard ten birds all season. Called one in and had a primer fail to detonate but other than that nothing.
