Just wanted to let you all know how Gary stands behind his work. I purchased a ceramic over slate call earlier this year. When I received the call, I didn't really like the sound. After I messed with it a while, I talked myself into liking it. I have been trying to get it to play the way I want it to since the season started on 4/28...This week, I had to admit I really didn't like the call. I dropped Gary a PM and asked if I could send the call back to him and pay the shipping on another ceramic call with a different sound board (Gary & I both feel the slate sound board didn't work in this call). Gary responded that I could keep the call and he would send another replacement call...no charge. That was earlier this week...Yesterday, the new call (and new striker too) arrived...Now that is customer service. I played it and it sounds fantastic. The new call went to the woods with me this morning. Too bad no gobblers were around to hear it
