Mossberg 835 and Compnchoke

Does anyone here use this combination? If so, what loads are you shooting? I bought a used 835 this weekend that came with this choke and just want to get some input. Thanks in advance.

Do not shoot anything but lead shells through that choke.  It will not hold up to heaver than lead shot.

I have the same combo mine is a 20 in. barrel with a xxfull comp n choke (.680) Mine shot the best with win supremes #5. Was getting about 200 at 40 yrds. in a 10 in circle. Could probably change chokes and get different ammo and get better numbers but I am happy with the pattern and know it will kill'em.
