how do i get the oily film out if it fter cleaning...alcohol??

Yup that will do it.  Starting fluid or spray brake cleaner. 
Tell us just how dead do you want them to be and we will see if we can get that for you.

Brake cleaner works great.  Just be careful with a dipped gun.  It will eat off the film.  Don't ask me how I know!   :angry9:
