Got a nice 18lb. gobbler last Wed., I boned it out and got about 9 pounds of meat. I ground up the turkey, adding 2 lbs. venison, 2 lbs. seasoned pork, 2 lbs. beef, and a half pound of bacon. While the meat was grinding I added onion, a garlic clove and a packet of McCormick beef stew seasoning. Mixed it all up and made a 4 meat meatloaf, I it tuned out great.
