Anyone have a Hitch Haul for their ATV?

I just bought a Yamaha Grizzly 700 and it came with a box mounted on the back rack. It is nice for the kids to lean against so I don't want to take it off.
Was looking at the ATV Hitch Haul at Cabela's and wanted to see if anyone here has used one and what your thoughts are.
How does it mount to the ATV?

I bought a cheap one from harbor freight for my jeep and love it. The only draw back I see for them on an atv is it may drag when starting up an steep incline. They are great for loading deer by yourself and mine holds way more then the advertise weight.

I have one from Cabela's for the truck and explorer and they are awesome. Just with the box on the ATV wanted to see what others thought of the one made for the ATV.
