10-12 just because I've only killed 2. The first was 10 1/2 and the second was 11 1/4 in.

I went with 8-10, only because there wasn't a 9-11 option.
My best is 13-13/16" beard that I accidently shot part of. Would have easily gone 14"+ if I hadn't put a pellet through it.

I guess I only kill the dumb ones because they seem to be mostly 2-3 year old birds with average credentials.

i've only have killed 2 birds and they both had 10.5 beards.

about 40 of mine have been 8-10 . but 2 were 10 1/4  , 1  was 10  1/2 and 2 were double bearded but they fell in the 8-10

I'll only take a longbeard regardless if it's a 2 year old or older? And what I have experienced with the birds I have taken, the vast majority are 8-10in. as very few are under 8in., just as very few are over 10in.

Although, with this mild winter and non existent icing conditions should make for a good longbeard season? Maybe I'll get one of them rare 10in. plus beards this year?
