Yes takes a real scumbag to tree shoot um even a bigger one having a youth with them. They at least did there home work and new where the birds were. I have set up close to many Gobblers and soft tree yelped and they never made a sound and when they hit the ground it was still dark . Are you sure it was still in the tree?
