Hooks calls and customer service

Everytime I order something online I like to give my 2cents so people can here my short opinion. Friest off let me say that the calls I ordered were diaphragm calls and a hat, they were at my door stop in like 3 days( basically before I even turned off the computer.) I have ordered stuff online and have never had something come in that fast even if it was in my own state never. Great job I like the calls and think there top line and will be getting more. So far this Old Gobbler site gave me a sweet pot call from pappy and now great stuff from Hooks, way to go all keep it up.

went through many $$'s on mouth calls till i found HOOKS CUSTOM CALLS on this forum.

Is anyone having problems with the tape on the Hooks calls. I got some this year and although I like the sound I can't run them but just a few minutes before the tape gets soggy and limp then I can't get them to sound worh a hoot.

Just ordered my first two hooks diaphragm calls from Hooks.  Can't wait to hear what they sound like.

Last year I ordered 3 mouth calls from them. Within 30 minutes I got a processed order invoice on my email and the calls were there within just 2 or 3 days. I couldnt get over how quick they got them to the house. That's the way a business should run.

Hook takes pride in everything from his work all the way through his customer service... i can tell you he is one of the finest people I have the pleasure of knowing.

Last night I received a phone call from one of our valued customers, he come to the conclusion... you can spend $6 and kill 60 turkeys with a Hooks call... or you can spend $60 and kill 6 turkeys with the big name brands....

He said he was very happy with the quality and customer service he received with any of the Hooks staff members he has talked too... and will be a Hooks customer for as long as he's alive.
