Hit the right combination this morning thanks to Sumtoy:

Rem 870 /  Kicks .655 /  Win  XX 3/2/6's : 21in barrel/ polished /  tru glo pro series sights

All of the shot except 24 pellets in a 10in circle @ 20yds. (410-415 depending if the shot weight is accurate)

254 in a 10in circle @ 30yds

154  in a 10in circle @ 35yds

97 in a 10in circle @ 40yds

*I will shoot 35 yds and less. Misjudge yardage a bit and im still in good shape.

That will do for the lead slinger. Thanks for the help guys. :boon:

Use the same combination in my 1187, only with Federal # 5's.

I got almost identical 40 yd numbers with that exact same choke and load. I tried the 3" 1.75oz "black" hv #6 load and my 40 yd number's jumped up to    110-115. You might wanna give them a try.

FttFttVroom!

looks like a very potent combo you've got there! :OGturkeyhead:

Yup, i shot them as well on the last trip out and turned better numbers after deep cleaning my barrel.  Shot in the 110-120 range with all three Win turkey loads. 1 3/4, 1 7/8, 2.

Fantastic.   :z-winnersmiley:

I was surprised that deep cleaning made that much of a difference but I followed Clark's directions and the difference was considerable. Oldgobbler.com comes through again.  :thanks:
