shoot Hevi-13's through a Rem Xtra Full or Rem Super Full factory choke? They both say "lead shot only" but was curious if anyone has tried it before. I only want to shoot one shell through each as a test but don't want to risk screwing up my gun if it's truly a problem.

If your barrel is unobstructed and your choke is properly installed you will be safe in shooting the H-13 through the chokes mentioned.  Countless hundreds of shells have been shot through those chokes with no reported problems that I am aware of..
