Field turkeys

For the past several days our fields have been full of birds. Saw 31 hens in one field, across the road 11 long beards. I saw them at 9:15am in mowed cotton fields.

I love hunting field turkeys!! Those fields turn a little green then the grasshoppers come out from warmth the hens eat the hoppers and the gobblers soon make the field there hangout!!

I'm going to try hunting them in a field this year. I just recently picked up a place to hunt with a secluded 5 acre field.
