I hope they are good just bought a pair.  Seems like everyone likes em before these couple people.

After 3-4 years and alot of use, mine finally started to wick in moisture.

I fixed that problem by using Sno-Seal on them  I put it on heavy and let it soak in by heating them up in the oven.

i do this once a year before turkey season.  Works very well.

I have been wearing the same pair of Danner Acadia's for 8 and half years, five days a week at work. they have been by far the best boots ive ever purchased and i have been through many.

Thanks for all the replies.   I think I will try some sno seal on mine.  Last year I had a pair of the Cabela's Snake Pinnacle zippered boots and they leaked walking through wet grass.  I am hoping the Danner's do better for me!

My first pair really leaked.  I returned them to Scheels.  My second pair have not leaked.  The first were last years model and the next pair was the rubber toed Pronghorns.

I just use Bear Grease on the leather and the seams. They've never leaked and the leather is still like new.
