Turtle soup anyone ?

Went fishing in my pond last night and caught more than I bargained for . He was over 25lbs and mad as he could be . Sorry for the picture quality but it was almost dark .

My brother in law traps big turtles in the spring down here. He catches some over 100 pounds. I always feel bad for big turtles, they only grow about 1 pound a year. They sure are tasty though.
