Haven't been on in a while, but tomoro I'm going to attempt to hunt coyotes with a predator call and 12 gauge with slugs...
Any suggestions?

A slug will certainly kill them. Next chance you get pick up some #4buck. That is some good coyote medicine.

If a slug is all you got thats fine, I would get some no 4 buckshot or the dead coyote loads! There is alot more room for error as well. all in all good luck and post some pics!~

Select a hunting area that will give you the high ground. Coyotes will often approach and attempt to catch your scent. If they get down wind of you, consider them gone... especially if you're hunting with a short range weapon such as a shotgun.
A predator call such as a Rabbit in Distress will help get their attention and moving in your direction. Wear your camo, and remain still until it's time to shoot. Coyotes have amazing vision and will spot you if you're moving.
