Unicoi Question

I'm thinking about trying to make it over to Unicoi in January but I can probably only do one day. Is it best to come the first day if I was wanting to pick up some calls or do guys hold calls back to sell for everyday? Just trying to make sure I don't get there and the guys I'd like to buy one from are already sold out.
